We are proud members of Skate Canada and have been operating in the Edmonton area since 1964. We offer recreational learn to skate programs through to competitive figure skating. PRIVATE LESSON SCHEDULE EVENTS CALENDAR OUR PROGRAMS Gateway offers skating programs throughout the year, with our regular season beginning in September and running until May, as well as Spring and Summer sessions. Programs remain open for registration after the start date and are pro-rated. HOW TO REGISTER LEARN TO SKATE PROGRAMS We offer Skate Canada's Learn to Skate Programs including Pre-CanSkate, CanSkate and CanPower, which are based on S port Canada’s long term athlete development (LTAD) principles. REGISTER NOW FIGURE SKATING FUNDAMENTALS The Junior Academy (by invitation only) and StarPrep are the bridge programs to Private Lessons. Skaters learn fundamental figure skating skills in a group setting. REGISTER NOW FIGURE SKATING We offer Skate Canada StarSkate and CompetitiveSkate programs, which are a combination of group and Private Lessons.
